COVID POLICY

Dear Patients,
To better protect yourself, the staff, and other patients, we ask that those with scheduled
appointments come in alone. Please do not bring family members, friends, or others to your
appointment unless they also have an appointment scheduled. If you are experiencing any
symptoms of Flu-like or Covid related, please call us once at least 24 hours before your
scheduled appointment and reschedule. Let us help lower the possibility of exposure and spread
of the coronavirus.

Deposit Required
For ALL Services:
$100 – Botox/ Dysport/ Dermal Fillers/ Skin Peels
50% of procedure cost – PRP services/ Microneedling/ PDO Threadlifts/ Morpheus8/ Votiva Vaginal Rejuvenation/ Sculptra
Late Cancellation/ NO SHOW POLicy
If you are scheduled for the following services:
Botox/ Dysport/ Dermal Fillers/ Skin Peels,
you must contact the clinic to reschedule or cancel 24 hours
before your scheduled appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.
If you are scheduled for the following services:
PRP services/ Microneedling/ PDO Threadlifts/ Morpheus8/ Votiva Vaginal Rejuvenation/ Sculptra,
you must contact the clinic to reschedule or cancel 72 hours
before your scheduled appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.
If a patient is 15 minutes or later than their scheduled appointment,
we will be needing to reschedule the appointment and will be
considered as a late cancellation and your deposit will be lost.
There are no exceptions if you cancel within the required timeframe,
your deposit will be collected as a late cancelation fee.
We understand that situations such as emergencies occasionally arise,
but this is to help accommodate you and the rest of our patients.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call our clinic, this policy is in effect
to ensure that all of our patients have the opportunity to be seen in a timely manner.
