I’m Adan Franco, MSN, FNP-C, founder of Franco Wellness & Aesthetics. Originally from Yuma, Arizona, I moved to Phoenix in 2008 to pursue my career in healthcare. My journey began in 2009 as a Certified Medical Assistant, where I gained experience in a variety of medical specialties, including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Allergy, Regenerative Medicine, and Anti-Aging Medicine. This diverse clinical background provided me with a strong foundation in patient care, wellness, and a comprehensive approach to health.

My passion for aesthetic and regenerative medicine began in 2013 while working in Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine, where I was fortunate to be mentored by Dr. Ian Parker, a reconstructive facial plastic surgeon, and Dr. Ramon Esquerdo, NMD, a regenerative medicine specialist. Their mentorship deepened my appreciation for facial anatomy, regenerative therapies, and the importance of helping patients look and feel their best.

In 2016, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and became a Registered Nurse. Since 2017, I have dedicated my career to aesthetic medicine, specializing in advanced injectable treatments and customized aesthetic plans designed to enhance each patient’s natural features. My approach focuses on facial balance, harmony, and achieving refined results that are natural, elegant, and timeless.

In March 2022, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I have continued to expand my practice in both aesthetic and regenerative medicine, providing patients with personalized wellness treatments designed to support healthy aging, optimize well-being, and enhance quality of life.

In 2023, I founded Franco Wellness & Aesthetics with a vision of creating a luxury, patient-centered practice where individuals receive personalized attention, honest recommendations, and treatments tailored to their unique goals.

Meet Dr. Ramon Esquerdo
Ramon Esquerdo, N.M.D., B.S. is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Arizona with over 20 years of experience in regenerative and integrative medicine.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Esquerdo earned his Bachelor of Biology from the University of Southern California before completing his Doctorate training at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona.

Throughout his career, Dr. Esquerdo has focused on helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, comprehensive treatment approaches. His areas of expertise include regenerative medicine, hormone balancing and replacement therapy, functional medicine, pain rehabilitation, prolotherapy, intravenous nutritional therapy, stem cell-based therapies, and advanced nutritional treatments.

Dr. Esquerdo is dedicated to identifying the underlying factors contributing to health concerns and creating individualized treatment protocols that combine advanced diagnostics with a holistic approach to wellness. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the International Hormone Society, the Bioidentical Hormone Society, and the American Academy of Pain Management.
