My name is Adan Franco, you can call me Franco if you’d like. I am originally from Yuma AZ and moved to Phoenix AZ after high school in 2008. I was introduced to the medical field after receiving my certification as a Medical Assistant in 2009. I have worked in specialties such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Allergy, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine. I always knew I wanted to be part of healthcare but knew I also had a great interest in aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. In 2013, while working in Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine, I met Dr. Ian Parker (Reconstructive Facial Plastic Surgeon) who became a mentor in my aesthetics journey, and Dr. Ramon Esquerdo, NMD who became my mentor in Regenerative Medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy. After working with both Dr. Parker and Dr. Esquerdo, I knew that Aesthetic and Regenerative medicine was my calling. Helping others look and feel good has always been a passion of mine.
Fast forward to 2016, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. After receiving my nursing license, the moment I was able to attend training in aesthetic injectables, I was there. As your aesthetic injector, my goal is to help you look like a more youthful version of yourself and help you feel more confident in your skin. Natural aesthetic results are what I specialize in. After finishing my undergraduate degree, I knew I wanted to continue my education and pursue becoming a provider.
As of March 2022, I have completed my Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University. Now that I am a Nurse Practitioner, I plan to continue to expand my career in Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine. With the knowledge gained throughout my nursing career and post-graduate studies, I have learned the importance of treating patients using a holistic approach. Educating patients on preventative measures and alternative treatments to improve their health has become my passion. To age gracefully, we must learn how to treat both internal and external medical concerns.

Every patient service is tailored to each individual and patient education is of great importance to us. Before beginning any aesthetic treatment plan, Adan focuses on educating his patients on the procedure benefits, side effects, and risks while setting realistic expectations. All patients have access to Adan and the staff for any follow-up questions. Our mission is to give you a more youthful look, while respecting your natural anatomy to provide you natural appearing results. Ramon Esquerdo, N.M.D., B.S. born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Graduate of USC with a Bachelor of Biology, he completed his Doctorate training at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Tempe, AZ. He is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Arizona. Dr. Esquerdo has been involved in the alternative medical field for over 18 years. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, The International Hormone Society, the Bioidentical Hormone Society, and the American Academy of Pain Management. Some of his specialties include hormone
balancing, pain rehabilitation, prolotherapy, intravenous nutritional therapy, stem cell prolotherapy, functional medicine, and nutritional treatments. He is also a member of Life Extension Organization and belongs to the group of innovative physicians recommended by Suzanne Somers. Dr. Esquerdo was trained on autologous stem cell therapy by Dr. Harry Adelson, who is an innovative physician and has performed this therapy for the past 18 years. He specializes in finding the cause of disease and using the most modern diagnostics combined with multi-disciplinary treatment protocols. Miguel Perez started his career in the medical field as a certified nurse assistant (CNA) at the age of 22 in Blythe California. After completing his CNA certification, Miguel started working in long-term care. In 2016, he later decided to continue his education and pursued his second certification in phlebotomy. After becoming certified as a phlebotomist, Miguel decided to continue his path in the medical field and relocated to Phoenix AZ. In April 2019, Miguel began with Franco Wellness & Aesthetics. Now that Miguel has completed his prerequisites for his future nursing career, he is now ready to continue his education again in pursuit of his nursing degree. While waiting to begin his nursing degree, Miguel has completed his IV certification
