Why should you get The Franco Lyft? 

The Franco Lyft helps improve facial volume loss, fine lines, minor sagging skin, and facial contouring. 

 

How long do the results last? 

The results of the PDO Threads and dermal fillers last anywhere from 1-2 years and the neurotoxins injected last approximately 3 months after the initial procedure. 

 

What to expect? 

The PDO threads used during this procedure are placed using a small entry point on both sides of the face. There is no suture that is required after the PDO threads have been inserted. Using injectable numbing solution, this procedure has little to no discomfort. The threads are placed using a cannula that helps guide the thread to the desired area. Dermal fillers and neurotoxins used in The Franco Lyft are placed using a syringe and needle. After the procedure has been done, swelling, possible bruising, feeling of tightness, clicking, dimpling of skin is normal. The Franco Lyft takes approximately 4-6 weeks to heal completely after the procedure has been performed. 

 

Before & Aftercare? 

Before your appointment, it is very important that you avoid blood thinners for at least one week. Avoiding blood thinners such as ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen, St. John’s Wort, ginger, garlic, ginkgo biloba, vitamin A, vitamin E, Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oils), and other anti-inflammatory medications will help decrease the amount of bruising after your procedure. Please avoid any alcohol intake for at least 24-hours prior and after your appointment to help decrease the amount of bruising.  

 

After The Franco Lyft, it is crucial that you avoid dramatic face expressions for 2 weeks, no facials, massages, or lasers for 6 weeks, and that you cut your food into small bites for 2 weeks. It is normal to feel sore for up to 4 weeks after the procedure. Avoid exercise for 48 hours after your procedure and do not drink out of a straw. Please do not wash your face for at least 12 hours after your procedure. Because neurotoxins such as Botox and Dysport were injected, it is important to avoid any pressure on the face or laying down for the following 6 hours. Using Arnica, bromelain or consuming pineapple (if not allergic) helps increase faster healing time due to its anti-inflammatory effects and helping heal bruises faster. If you experience severe weather or dramatic atmospheric pressure changes please be aware that you may experience greater than normal swelling. To avoid additional swelling, sleep with your head elevated for 2-4 days after treatment. Do not wear makeup or facial creams for 48 hours after treatment.
